Responsible for the end-to-end program management of the deployment, implementation and launch of tactical programs and processes that make up strategic logistical initiatives for the Last Mile delivery. Responsible for creating and implementing improvements to the transportation network that yield flexible and efficient products on behalf of final customers. Accountable for all aspects of a 40 million cases site integrated by a Distribution Center and a Contract Manufacturing Operation serving the domestic market and exporting (20%) to Central & South America, managing 4 business categories. Established daily management systems, performance indicators, operating goals, productivity improvements, cost reduction programs that consistently increased throughput & reliability while protecting the fundamentals (safety, quality and internal controls). Created a 3-yr Master Plan. Led 450 employees on site through 5 direct reports and two 3PL partnerships (DHL & Sonoco). -> Delivered 5 - 8 % Cost Savings for 3 consecutive years through 20 - 24% Productivity Improvements plus 25% Volume Growth in Physical Distribution year on year and 3x in Contract Manufacturing; based on Loss Analysis, Strategic Planning and Site Re-engineering.

Led Production Planning, Raw Materials Planning & Procurement, as well as Inventory Management & Logistics for a 14 million cases site focused on the Personal Health and Oral Care business categories, exporting 72% of the volume; plus the operation of 2 warehouses under a highly regulated environment. Owner of the Supply Network Loss Analysis (Lean Manufacturing) & Elimination Work Processes for the 4 Supply Chains managed at the Plant. Led 5 direct reports and 63 indirect reports. Championed the Diversity Program. Obtained Certification as Value Stream Mapping Master (Lean Manufacturing) and Corporate Athlete Facilitator. -> Received the Key Manager Award (Executive Bonus) in 2011 & 2012 for outstanding contributions in Cost Reduction and Inventory Optimization across the 4 Supply Chains served, using Lean Manufacturing, Cycle Management and Buffer Optimization tools.

Led Production Planning, Raw Materials Planning & Procurement, as well as Inventory Management & Logistics for a 15 million cases site focused on the Baby and Feminine Care business categories, exporting 60% of the volume; plus the operation of 2 warehouses. Owner of the Supply Network Work Processes (Lean Manufacturing / TPM). Led 7 direct reports and 75 indirect reports. Obtained Certification as Benziger Thinking Styles Assessment Facilitator – Licensee 1 -> Consolidated US $2 million Logistics savings (warehouse & transportation) & direct shipments to customers from the Plant (10-15% local volume).
