Supervised 5 full-time employees year-round in the day to day functions of maintaining an elections office. Created a system for scanning all correspondence pertaining to an individual's voting record, including original registration form, returned ballots, death notices, change of addresses and other correspondence that prevented errors in deletion of voters and tracking of voter questions and/or complaints. Prepared office for each of up to 7 elections per year, bringing temporary staff in as needed. Remapped county voting districts as needed due to redistricting and growth. Oversaw voter signature verification on absentee ballots with each election. Approved time-off requests for staff. Reviewed and signed timesheets for full-time staff and up to 30 temporary staff. Designed and assisted in new offices.

Selected and set up election board members for polling sites throughout Clark County. Paid poll workers after each election. Arranged for poll workers for ballot prep area. Prepared newspaper ads for election notification listing each polling place. Billed out each election to appropriate jurisdiction(s). Assisted with signature verification of absentee mail ballots during each election.

Worked for Director of Finance. Prepared annual budget. Handled all building, IT, and financial complaints. Prepared reports as requested. Assisted Health Department Epidemiologist and Executive Director of Department of Health as needed. Handled payroll.

As a fiber artist I am not limited to what I can do. I love working with my hands and creating new products. I believe God has given me my gift to not only bring beauty into the world, but to provide items to those in need in the winter, for hospitalized children and babies, prayer shawls, and chemo hats. I sell both hand-crafted and vintage products through my Etsy store, Facebook, and Ebay.
