I work across both the manufacturing and retail sides of the pet food industry, helping grow brands, develop products, and support business growth.My role includes leading product development, packaging, and marketing for BRT Pet Foods while working closely with the retail team at Best West Pet Foods to strengthen our core brands and drive sales. At Best West Pet Foods, I oversee recruitment and hiring for store managers, supervisors, office staff, and warehouse team members, with a focus on building strong, customer-focused teams.I also represent our companies at industry trade shows, participate in purchasing decisions, develop marketing initiatives, and build lasting relationships with customers, suppliers, distributors, and business partners. I enjoy combining product innovation, brand strategy, and team development to create meaningful growth across both the manufacturing and retail businesses.I am passionate about developing high-quality pet nutrition, building trusted brands, and creating products and customer experiences that make a positive impact for pets and their owners.
