Being exposed to the continuous improvement concept very early in my carrier has left a great impact since it set up the fundamental mindset for my every role. Received training for manufacturing and project management, and was assigned with key projects, which provides an opportunity to sharpen my skills in data handling & analysis, root‐cause identification & problem solving, project management, people coaching & facilitating, and leadership & communication. Those acquired skills, helped a lot whenever I received my assignment in Engineering, Production, Quality Officer and then Project Management as its dynamic nature, can be quite overwhelming at times if not always. During this time, having 100+ employees in one of my journey company, with different functions, ages, genders, and experiences, has tested as well as shaped my leadership skill. While working in this I gained experience to work closely with the procurement team, suppliers, and end‐users. I learned deeper about product profitability, market analysis & customer needs, and how to implement commercial excellence principles to improve business profitability thru key account management. All of those experiences gained throughout my carrier have become a great help in carrying out my role, in which I’m responsible for key projects, that are cross‐function and cross fields and it solidifies my project management skills as well as my overall business acumen.
