Between 2019 and 2023, influenced and initiated Operation-wide system improvements involving all levels of operation partners and the supporting departments to establish streamlined processes and data-driven operations utilizing technology and visual tools. The key successes with these improvements helped the team to rise above COVID and resource shortages through encouraging involvement, inspiring ideas, influencing openness to change, and creating pride and ownership. Review current processes, generate improvement ideas, construct recommendations, involve and communicate all affected areas and the stakeholders, architect effective processes, and execute changes. This responsibility encompasses all sizes and levels of processes from the daily processes to strategic and systematic processes. Recent accomplishments include the modernization of the data collection process and the creation of various analysis tools providing dynamic entries and real-time information for to-the-minute decision-making. These analytical tools create visual data to guide business decisions to adapt to the challenging labor market and supply chain.

Utilizing industrial engineering application, manage the daily improvement of safety where it become embedded processing condition instead of additional tasks. Continually prevent safety to go beyond compliance and improve the well being of our most importance assets. Making analytical and sound decision with the DMAIC method in the improvement of our environmental management and daily productivity. Achievements since 2013: 1. Created a network of team and delivered best practices across 32 facilities. 2. Introduced behavioral safety to a settled environment.

Managed the daily operation of a 30-operator team operating industrial size saw, drilling, CNC, and recycling process. The responsibilities included safety management of the team, daily scheduling, productivity management, and the management of operator skill analysis, growth and advancement plans. Accomplishments include the implementation of SMED in the multi-spindle drilling process, reducing a shift-long change-over to less than one hour, and the implementation of a visual factory accountability board that allowed cross-shift communication and schedule adherence.

Provided support to the operation team in the daily operation’s productivity analysis, improvement needs, and capital purchases. Accomplishments include the analysis, design, and implementation of a make-to-order process for Home Depot and Lowes custom cabinet orders delivering improved color quality, reduction in damages, virtually zero work in process inventory, and execution of multiple projects with zero downtime and seamless transitions.

Studied and analyzed fiber optic assembly and injection molding processes for continuous in-process quality assurance. Implemented 1 piece flow process to eliminate over production and presented better in-process quality control. Initiated an ISO 9000 standard operating procedures and documentation library.
