1. Healthcare planning project: Inova Fairfax Hospital (IFOH) campus within the Central Region. Developed Revit-based 3D massing models based on HOK site survey reports to visually illustrate spatial relationships and connectivity between clinical programs. Performed comprehensive room-by-room program analysis and organized Department Gross Square Footage (DGSF) into three categories: Inpatient & Observation, Diagnostics & Treatment, Support (Building, Clinical and Public) Utilized Power Bi to create data-driven visualizations comparing existing program DGSF with projected 2030 program growth, highlighting shifts in Patient, Diagnostic, and Support area Proportions 2. Healthcare Cancer Center in New York (Confidential project). Focused on the Operating Room (OR), Radiation Oncology (Rad/Onc), and Rehabilitation floor from the Schematic Design (SD) to Design Development (CD) phases. Additionally, contributed to the planning of the Ophthalmology floor during the SD phase.

Worked on multi-family, affordable housing, ranging from 60 to 350 units. 1. Independently conceptualized and designed elevation schematic for three projects. 2. Created detail drawing for particular wall types based on a custom design (3/8”=1’0”). 3. Worked on Revit family/library/finish schedule and modified HPD bathroom/kitchen types in Revit. 4. Prepared construction document for a 60 units multi-family housing. 5. Made rendering, specs list, material choice, and presentation. 6. Coordinated with rendering firms and manufacturers.
