Managing Global Delivery at Simform. Managing a team of 20 project managers and 18 department heads of different technology stack. Responsible for project deliveries on various tech stacks like MEAN, MERN, PHP/Laravel, Devops using AWS/Azure, Data and BI, ROR, JAVA, QA Manual and Automation. Working with customers across the globe ranging from startup to fortune 500 companies, helping drive their digital transformation initiatives and help them shape their digital roadmap. Responsible for delivery of Enterprise Mobility & Portal projects managing customer accounts & relationship for clients across various verticals like Insurance, Banking, Financial Services, Donation Management. My primary role is to ensure the smooth functioning of all the projects by ensuring that the satisfaction index of 3 Pillars of the organization - Employees, Customer & Management is inline with organization's goal.
