*Determine and define the scope of work and deliverables based on the Project cycle. *Coordinate efforts across the entire project between Engineers, Main Contactor, Fit-out Contractor, our site team, and production. *Based on the Project planning select and manage subcontractor and supplier relationships. *Allocating the project resources to achieve the weekly and monthly project target. *Manage monthly/ weekly look ahead for the installations, the relevant dry lay approvals and deliveries to meet the target without delay. *Preparing the Project report and monitoring the Project progress. *Implement and manage change when necessary to meet Project outputs without compromising the Project specification. *Verify the latest approved shop drawings and ensure that the all the latest amendments are adopted before the execution of the relevant activities.

*Preparing a tentative program of work for the major tenders and the awarded Projects. *Develop a high-level Project plan to monitor and track progress. *Preparing Cash Flow based on the Project baseline program for the Management review and to acquire the financial facilities from the Banks. *Preparing the Material Approval Request (MAR) for Raw Material and Consumables. *Preparing Budget vs Actual cost monitoring report to the Management.

*Perusing tender documents, quantity take-off and bill of quantity preparation. *Preparation of estimation, terms & conditions for tender submission. *Floating enquiries to various subcontractors, evaluating their technical and commercial capabilities and making a comparative statement. * Certifies, preparation and submits sub-contractor payment certificates to the HO. * Preparation of agreement for subcontractor works and ensure the rates are within the project budget.

*Prepare scheduled and necessary updates of construction activities and analysis of manpower and equipment required. *Assuring that all deadlines are being met and organizing many tasks into a timeline. * Getting timely approval from Dubai Municipality for major stages of execution. * Ensuring activities are complying with the project specification. * Coordination of Architectural and Structural drawings.
