Procurement of raw material and some other spare parts of machine and electrical spares as well, RFQ preparation & document preparation in Syteline, follow up for bid submission, order finalization, vendor development, MIS report monitoring in syteline, audit report preparation, Negotiation for cost optimization. Setting up the weekly, monthly, quarterly procurement plan. Publishing RFQs as per procurement plan and requirement. Preparation of comparative costing along with technical specification as per offers received. Negotiation with suppliers/vendors for better offers and ad-on tasked to be included in the contract. Creation of purchase order in Syteline with necessary approval as per SOP. Follow up the material vigorously with the suppliers to ensure the dispatch on time for production. Co-ordination with, Finance & Accounts Dept. for payment to the vendors as per order terms. In case if any rejection materials from stores interaction due to quality, taking necessary corrective action in consultation with vendors. Implementing systems to avoid over-stocking or out-of-stock which cause production and financial losses. Experienced in Department Coordination & Inter Departmental Relations. For Vendor Development: Effective management oof vendor database. Development of new vendors. valuating vendors & negotiating the price, delivery schedule and terms and conditions with them. Timely clearance of payments & handling vendor inquiries.
