Coordinate with planning team for monthly planning. Make Line wise / Shift wise planning for shop floor. Coordinate with stores and purchase for shortages. Follow up with shift In-charges for executing daily plan. Continuous improvement on cycle time, Line balancing by the offline activities for productivity improvement. Responsible for analyzing process, skill matrix, hourly output. Techniques for reducing rejection level, Rework and consumption of resources. Maintaining new process concepts for production optimization, and formulating guidelines for the sequencing of manufacturing activities on shop floor. To attend the customer complaints & implementation of corrective & preventive action to any problem related to man, material, machine and method with team. RCA for production related failures. Understand, follow and enforce procedures, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 18001 requirements and IPC standards. Maintain 5S on shop floor. Control on manpower utilization. Training on safety & operational for newly joining operators. Reporting to AGM Production.

Plan and develop processes and capacity utilization strategy for SMT. Troubleshooting of Program/ Process/ machine issues and fault corrections. SMT Program optimization improves Productivity. Identify and solve production issues through process parameter setting optimization. Proper RCA of quality and process related problems in SMT floor and ensures the implementation of their counter measures. Ability to plan & execute New Product Development of SMT. Responsible for improve SMT machines process Repeatability and Reproducibility. Manage and optimize the SMT Process parameters to ensure good quality and cost-effective product of line.
