As a Logistics Executive, I coordinate and oversee international logistics operations to ensure the efficient movement of goods across global supply chains. My role involves managing shipments through different transportation modes, including ocean, air, and ground freight, while maintaining constant communication with clients, carriers, and international partners. I am responsible for shipment tracking, documentation review, and coordination with customs brokers to support smooth import and export processes. I also assist in preparing quotations, coordinating with global agents, and ensuring that all logistics operations comply with international trade regulations and customer requirements. Additionally, I monitor and follow up on the customs clearance process for import and export shipments in Mexico, coordinating with customs brokers and supervising operations at different ports across the country to ensure compliance and timely cargo release. I also support operational planning, monitor shipment progress, and provide updates to clients, ensuring transparency and efficiency throughout the logistics process.

As an International Freight & Logistics Intern, I support the operations team in managing global shipments, coordinating with carriers, customs brokers, and clients to ensure timely and efficient delivery. Responsibilities include tracking shipments, preparing documentation, analyzing logistics data, and assisting with process improvements. This role provides hands-on experience in international supply chain management and freight operations.
