As part of acquisition of Immensa Semiconductors Technologies by MediaTek, joined MTK in July 2015. Was responsible for Memory team in Bangalore as well as acted as principle architect of advanced node memory architecture across Mediatek memory group during this period.

Co-founded Immensa Semiconductor Technologies Pvt Ltd. Worked on various roles during this period, from developing a team from scratch, customer interaction, RFQ support, Product definition, foundry interaction as well as finance and business part required for running the company.

Started my career with Texas Instruments - one of the great companies to work with and proud to be associated with. Left Texas Instrument in the Jan 2013 to start on my own. Held MGTS (Member Group Technical Staff) and Senior Technologist Position at the time of leaving the company. Many of my patents are part of my work at Texas Instruments - both in Standard cell and Memory domain. I led Memory design, architecture, test-chip and Si debug and EDA from the front as part of my work.
