Laboratory based research for development of novel molecularly imprinted polymers , electrochemical sensors for pharmaceutically and clinically relevant compounds. Supervising M.Sc and Phd students for experimental designing , writing research articles , grant proposals etc.

Worked at Cranfield University as a Research Fellow since April 2007 on various industrial ( Johnson and Johnson, Bayer Ltd ), European and Royal Society Projects. Responsibilities includes laboratory based work on synthesis and characterization of various new conducting polymers, sensors, molecularly imprinted polymers for various separation and purification of materials, writing grant proposals and research articles, organizing meetings, supervision of masters and Ph.D students, exploring technology and business opportunities in Cranfield Heatlh and lecturing at M.Sc courses . In Nove-Dec 2010 as a member of delegation from Cranfield University she visited VCs and Directors of many Universities in India ( BHU, GB Pant, Amity, SRM, Jodhpur JNVU, Rohtak , Onquest Ltd ) for fostering academic and research collaboration).

Actively involve in establishing various collaboartions from industry and academia . Business networking .Various successful collaborations has been made in US, Japan, India, UK ,South Korea, Australia and Italy. Organised many seminars and invited lectures. Working on industrial and EU projects .

Activities and Societies: Specialised learning and development programme specially developed for Cranfield University staff who are currently actively involved in managing projects, technology transfer, Leadership ,Strategic business planning , Marketing, sales and client relationships ,Communication ,Awareness of internal company politics ,Ability to anticipate trends in your industry and improving presentation skills.

Awarded young scientist award from Indian Chemical Society in 2004 for best paper presentation during Ph.D. Also awarded with NET CSI-UGC Junior and Senior Research fellowships. Got Banaras Hindu University Research Fellowships during Ph.D course. Published 10 research articles during the course of Ph.D in various international journals .
