LoanPASS is a next generation product and pricing engine. It was designed to meet the needs of banks, credit unions, and lenders with custom or unique guidelines. Within minutes, an Admin can add or modify any input field, rule, rate sheet or calculation. And unlike most product and pricing engine vendors where you may have to wait weeks or months for the work to get done, LoanPASS is so simple and intuitive, each Admin user can maintain everything themselves. With decisions rendered in under a second without a “Submit” button, a simple month to month contract, the power to calculate DSCR and DTI for each individual rate and price, free Open API and many more incredible features, any bank, credit union, or lender can quickly improve efficiencies while increasing volume.

Responsible for managing and coordinating projects across T&N’s Platform, Architecture, and Customer Acquisition teams, as well as, program level responsibility for engineering budget, invoicing, and audit remediation. Work with engineering leadership to manage resources and availability to ensure staffing across projects. Design and evolve processes for all aspects of software delivery with a focus on maximizing quality, flexibility, collaboration, transparency, and speed. Document incoming project requests and prioritize appropriate backlog and roadmap. Coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure needs and directives are being supported by digital team. Establish individual project plans, milestones, and related goals which are tracked and measured in quantifiable metrics. Report on project status, progress, issues, and plans to engineering leadership.

Responsible for agile execution, program reporting, process automation, and collaboration across work streams to deliver company initiatives while managing multiple teams. Successfully delivered external POS integrations resulting in live menu integration and reducing out of stock order cancellations by 75%. Designed, planned, and implemented with automation whole new processes for integration partner intake and transition to development. Developed Jira automation as well as other software tools to automate processes and publish company KPI metrics. Managed teams onsite, remote, and in Canada.

Managed project execution for multiple clients in Sigma’s core software consulting business and Lend Foundry’s SaaS Marketplace-lending platform. Operated as a FinTech subject matter expert, providing both business and technical expertise. Worked closely with customers to design and prioritize new business solutions. Managed onsite and offshore engineers, analysts, QA and production support.

Responsible for all technical aspects of on-going development and execution for Loan Depot's consumer lending platform, including design, implementation, testing, delivery, and production support. Worked directly with business stakeholders to design and prioritize new business solutions. Managed in-house team of 6 engineers and outsourced team of 27 engineers and support staff.

Senior manager for the Credit Underwriting and Authorization Platform. Responsible for architecture, product development, scalability, quality assurance, automation, process definition, and hiring. Oversaw large scale, complex enterprise development initiatives. Provided technical direction for 6 teams of 10 engineers, directly managed one team and two managers.
