Experiences: • In 2018, as a key member, led the project to complete the integration of more than 10 systems and 4 portal websites. Based on a multi-layer architecture and centralized microservices, built an integrated Business Operation Support System (iBOSS) by service orchestration covered CRM (marketing, customer, channel, product, and order) and BSS (billing, settlement, account, payment, remuneration and commission). • After iBOSS was launched, leading team to be responsible for or involved in subsystems and projects such as: Resource Visualization and Smart Quotation, Automatic Tax Matching and Calculation for Multiple Countries, Process Combination of sales and procurement for Resale Business, Billing for Multi-cloud Resale, Online Self-service Platform for Cloud Services with Ordering, Provisioning, Monitoring and Payment, etc. • Participated in the planning and operation of the company's digital transformation, optimizing business processes and product workflows.
