Challenge: Capture beautiful portrait images demonstrating personal milestones. • Action:. • Travel around the Chicagoland area, schools, and studios. • Design and facilitate the photoshoot in studio or outdoors in a timely manner. • Work with studio props or props that clients bring in to personalize their editorial, graduation, sports, yearbook, and/or nature photoshoot. • Direct the client in facial expressions and posing. • Welcome clients to the studio at the front desk and perform receptionist duties. • Cull images. Results: • Satisfied clients that purchase images from their gallery. • An array of personalized images of the client in different poses, facial expressions, background, and locations.

Challenge: Quality and Regulatory Compliance • Assume and facilitate the remediation activities associated with quality records and processes (product design records (DMR), complaint handling, UDI, and SCAR). Establish & Manage processes. Action: • Implemented complaint handling process, investigated, and resolved all open complaints. • Implemented SCAR process & resolve outstanding SCARs. • Established design change process to ensure compliance with current FDA regulations. Results: Compliant and organized quality system. • Closed outstanding complaints and SCARs • Managed any new incoming complaints, SCARs, & design control. • UDI Compliance: gather required data & submitted to GUDID

I assembled and examined data using computer programs to transform, verify, prepare, link and process employee documents, such as performance reports, terminations, and absences. I also collaborated with colleagues on company projects in various departments such as payroll and marketing.
