Responsible for market S&OP, demand & supply planning, customer service, logistics management, and inventory control. Overseeing supply chain operations & planning across 3 business units – Consumer, Prescription, and Aesthetics – handling products across cosmetics, therapeutics, and medical devices categories. Manages Singapore affiliate and 3 distributor markets. I function as the key facilitator in driving the market S&OP process, streamlining business planning to drive a one-number consensus plan – increasing opportunities to meet business targets, and identifying risks for executive decision making. Part of the Singapore leadership team working in close collaboration with the Singapore Country Manager. Key Achievements - Lead point of contact for Singapore & distributor markets - Re-implemented market S&OP / IBP process, improving forecast accuracy, and decreasing excess inventory, while maintaining customer order fulfilment rates. - Executed distribution optimization initiative for direct plant shipments to markets, generating significant cost savings and shelf-life improvements.

I served as the single point of contact for my key account’s regional distribution and acted as the key-liaison for analysis, planning, and execution of the customer’s supply plan. I also undertook full commercial ownership of my account portfolio for performance, relationship, and escalation management. Key Achievements - Solidified account operations & supporting year on year account revenue growth. - Reviewed purchase cycle and optimized planning methodology, generating significant material cost savings. - Implemented product serialization to combat drug counterfeiting and improve global distribution traceability.
