I graduated as agriculture bachelor degree on 2014 from Institut Pertanian stiper Yogyakarta with 3.74 GPA. On my first year as an Estate palm oil asisstant I can reach 111 % production achievement at the end of the year. On my second job as Unit Head Production wafer division I manage the employee that I lead to reach more than 95% production target on every shift. Now I work as Controller staff to help the estate team to achieve maximum production and help to control the cost expenditure which arise by it.
