Ceo & founder of D' Artisan Cheese in Malaysia. Dexter Lim Cheng Yew, along with his wife Natalie Chiang, founded D’Artisan Cheese, offering over 150 varieties. Our journey began with homemade yoghurt and evolved into cheese-making in 2019. Utilizing natural ingredients and raw, unpasteurised milk, we make artisanal cheeses in small batches using traditional, natural fermentation processes. Despite Malaysia’s challenging climate, we perfected the craft, producing cheeses like fresh burrata, numerous hard cheeses, and Truly Malaysia Series with a unique twist on local flavors. Started off by bartering with neighbors during the pandemic, to a growing number of clients; D' Artisan Cheese has found its place in bakeries, restaurants & hotels across Malaysia.
