Dexter Juric

Responsible for the overall property management and coordination of all operational aspects of multiple residential properties throughout Vancouver and the Fraser Valley. Other responsibilities include, establishing rental rate by surveying local rental rates, calculating overhead costs, depreciation, taxes, and profit goal.

During my internship at The Feldman Agency, I was involved with various tasks such as administrative responsibilities, contracting and deposit reports, performance settlements, artist statements, reviewing offers and compiling details into comprehensive spreadsheets.

During my tenure with Macklam Feldman Management, I was involved with tasks such as tour routing, budgeting, tour itineraries, as well as talent scouting for the companies A&R division.

Formed in August of 2013, I lead and performed in a 7 person funk band, made up of music students from Vancouver. I was in charge of locating performance opportunities, booking and advancing shows, and scheduling practice sessions for the band.

I was provided with many growth opportunities while working at earls. I learnt the importance of cleanliness and organization in a restaurant environment, as well as how a restaurant operates managing liquor, wine and beer costs. I also enhanced my knowledge of liquor, wine and advanced my cocktail making abilities.

Completed the Arts and Entertainment Management program, and have received the Arts and Entertainment Management Diploma

Completed one year of music studies, and performed in four school ensembles.
