Oversight day to day infra business operation, include but not limited to manpower fulfillment, equipment sourcing & fulfillment, material order & expediting, logistics, and cost management

Setting performance standards, conducting appraisals, managing employee performance, analyse MM division performance and develop necessary system improvement and standards to enhance MM performance (Material Management)

Shaping and leading MM operation solution implementation: defining and supervising MM operation architecture, process design and development activities, developing capabilities and performance measurement

1. Identify, design, and implement process improvement projects that enable rapid, tangible impacts on shareholder value 2. Perform data analysis, field observation and doing interview to identify and quantify the critical value drivers, impact of these drivers on the business, and sources of hidden costs and inefficiency (unnecessary complexity) within targeted value streams 3. Develop socialization/educational media to promote and enhance Continuous Improvement mindset across organization 4. Manage operations excellence projects in the coal operations (Drill & Blast, Load & Haul, Dispatch, and Operation Support), which will result in increased production and cost saving

1. Drive Continuous Improvement project implementation: Manage delivery and coordination of all BCID projects, Transfer knowledge to company's business units about CI Project Management and Problem Solving Skill 2. Training and Socialization: Deliver Continuous Improvement related education and training to all company's business units, Instill Continuous Improvement mindset to employees. 3. Support all company's business units to achieve company's vision through APRIL Improvement Management System: Create Key Driver Analysis to convert strategy objective into improvement initiatives, Develop improvement initiatives for CI progress monitoring, provide support all Business Units for Value Creation and people involvement in improvement activities.

1. Training and Socialization: Organize and supporting training event (such as TPM, Six Sigma, etc), Developing media to promote continuous improvement, Prepare CoR (Certificate of Recognition) for completed continuous improvement projects 2. Improvement Project Facilitation: Follow up projects activities (registration, 8 steps reports, meeting), Participate in Continuous Improvement project facilitation 3. PDCA Coordination: Create management report, Compile and maintain BCID database and website.
