In my role as Deputy Manager, I led the complete supply chain lifecycle for a greenfield EV production project. My responsibilities included end-to-end procurement, logistics, supplier management, and quality control for critical EV components such as PCBs, battery packs, transmissions, MCUs, VCUs, and production line equipment. This role required precise scheduling, budget management, and adherence to quality standards to ensure a smooth transition from sourcing to production.
