Getting ready for their photoshoot is a breeze with our custom makeup and hair station as well as well appointed changing space. - Promoted to Associate Executive Director in June of 2011 with overall fundraising goal of 1.5 million dollars and supervisor responsibility of three field fundraising staff. - Responsible for re-build of the Baton Rouge metro office. Recruited, interviewed, and hired three Community Representative positions. - Job tasks include: manage, coach, and support field fundraising staff, prepare staff goals and performance evaluations, track and evaluate employee progress, conduct trainings on a market and state level. - Plan the annual Fore A Cure Executive Golf Tournament including recruitment of top-level executives for committee positions and procurement of sponsorship dollars.

- Responsible for four fundraising events in Lafayette and New Iberia including the Greater Acadiana Start! Heart Walk, Taste of the Teche Gala, Lafayette Heart Ball, and the Lafayette Go Red for Women Luncheon. - Job tasks include: recruiting and working with logistics and auction committees, tracking income and expenses for projections, implementing sponsorship amenities, and providing return on investment documentation at close of the event. - Prepares and submit grant and sponsorship proposals for each event as well as for community programming in Lafayette parish.

- Daily tasks included: interviewing and placing prospective volunteers in positions throughout the hospital, coordinating joint program initiatives with educational partners such as Tulane University, designing and promoting unique volunteer service positions, and working with the Director of Volunteer Services to provide new and innovative programs to host the growing number of volunteers.

Planned and supported various projects and initiaives to support the mission of establishing a global volunteer movement that creates opportunities for one-to-one friendships, integrated employment and leadership development for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
