Our mission is to improve metro Milwaukee as a place to invest capital, grow business and create jobs. The Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce (MMAC) is a 150-year-old private, not-for-profit organization representing approximately 1,800 member businesses with 300,000 employees in the four county area and beyond. Our programs and resources center around three core competencies designed to meet our members' investment objectives. The MMAC serves as an advocate for metropolitan businesses to encourage business development, capital investment and job creation, and is dedicated to continuously improving the quality of benefits and services to member companies. Driven by the needs and aspirations of our members, we are committed to bringing resources and solutions as a community partner to increase the economic vitality of the metro Milwaukee community. The organization's programs and resources center around three core competencies designed to meet our members' investment objectives: networking, economic development and public policy.
