About
I specialize in labor and employment law, drawing on more than six years of experience to help employers navigate complex workplace issues and proactively mitigate risk. I provide strategic, practical counsel designed to prevent disputes before they arise and position companies for success when litigation becomes unavoidable. My background includes defending employers in single-plaintiff FEHA and CFRA actions, wage-and-hour class actions, and PAGA representative claims across California’s state and federal courts. I regularly advise on high-stakes employment decisions, workplace accommodations, compliance, and evolving legal trends to help companies stay ahead of risk. In 2025, I was honored to be selected as a Southern California Rising Star by Super Lawyers Magazine. I was also recently recognized by Best Lawyers® as a "One to Watch" for 2026. I also bring experience in AI and emerging technologies, having previously led the implementation of generative AI solutions and helped develop internal policies to ensure their ethical and responsible use in legal workflows. Before practicing law, I interned with the Arizona State Senate’s Majority Staff, where I drafted and introduced legislation. I earned my J.D. from Pepperdine Caruso School of Law, with certificates in Alternative Dispute Resolution and International Law, and served as a judicial extern for the Hon. Otis D. Wright II in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. Outside of work, I’m proud to support the Los Angeles LGBT Bar Association and advocate for issues impacting the LGBTQ+ community.
