Through Lybbroco, Devon has launched ALIRT System. With the help of a small team, he is building an innovative fitness equipment company. He works not only with the design and development of the equipment, but also in marketing and market research.

Devon designed drilling rig structures and components. Along with an elite group of engineers and technologists he designed some of the best land drilling rigs on the continent. Trinidad constantly pushed the envelope both in terms of technology and time. Drilling rigs are large systems, and as such, he had the opportunity to gain experience in a wide variety of design and failure analysis. These experiences ranged from structural and machine design to inspection.

Devon worked at Arrow Engineering as a university summer student. He drafted building mechanical systems, and was introduced to system design. Although these skills were valuable, the most important lesson he learned was how to properly run a company. At Arrow, projects were never late, rarely rushed, and always done to the highest standard. Very few people have had the opportunity to work for such a company. He learned what a business may become when it is run properly.
