• Responsible for annual MPP Budgeting, fulfillment, and SLA for all 37 hospital units, as well as clinics and Head Office • Responsible for pre-ops preparation in regards to people readiness for pipeline hospitals, specifically in the areas of MPP budgeting, fulfillment, and deployment • Liaises with users across Indonesia for sourcing management, selection process and hiring status • Monitors hiring compliance to approved MPP, initiate hiring and rehiring process for all units and Head Office • Responsible for HR-related projects such as the development of MPP tools (MPP Calculator), E-recruitment, standardization and centralization of recruitment components, etc.

- Coordinate HR operations in efforts to comply with Joint Commission International Accreditation standards, specifically in Staff Qualification and Education function.

- End-to-end handling of recruitment processes (source, interview, administer and score assessment, data entry, etc.) - Assist in the preparation of all supporting documentation and facilities for new hires, including the preparation of offering letters and work contracts - Maintain and update employee database in HRIS - Participate in branding strategy development, including campus hiring, the development of Career Portal, and other strategic initiatives as necessary - Responsible for and assist in recruitment initiatives for Management Development Program
