Quality inspector of aerospace composites. Inspected solid laminate and cored composite aerospace components including LMA F-35 blade seal & wing skins, Sikorsky S-76D tail rotor blades & CH-53K parts, Airbus strut tubes as well as phased array inspection of Boeing one-piece frames. Cut wage costs and saved the company $75K by simultaneously operating two and five axis automated pulse-echo, through-transmission, phased array, and Airscan machines as well as handscan units.
