Developed, implemented, and executed programs, resources, services and support for 200 Interfraternity Councils from varying institutions across North America. Educated students, volunteers, and administrators on Interfraternity Council best practices, base-level training, industry standards, and optimal operations. Developed resource guides and informational blogs related to officer transitions, organization expansion, cultural appropriation and diversity education, NIC Standards, and leadership development. Presented to and interface with Interfraternity Council advisors and officers at regional and national fraternity and sorority conferences throughout the year, including: IMPACT, UIFI, Futures Quest, and IFC Academy.

Advised 14 chapter presidents between Collegiate Panhellenic Council, Interfraternity Council, Multicultural Greek Council, and National Pan-Hellenic Council about chapter operations, new member education, council initiatives, alumni relations, adviser communications, inter/national organization affairs, and university relations. Served as the primary adviser to the Collegiate Panhellenic Council with an annual budget of $160,000 to support 15 Panhellenic organizations, 2000 women, through leadership development opportunities and educational programming. Restructured and advised the Emerging Greek Leadership Council to better prepare students for leadership positions within their chapters, council, and/or the campus community through a holistic approach to leadership development. Advised 22 Greek Week Central committee members about event logistics for athletic events, leadership development programs for the community, managing a $70,000 budget, and collaborating with university partners.

Restructured and facilitated the curriculum and program evaluation for the Fraternity and Sorority Leadership Academy - a three day institute for emerging leaders who have joined a fraternal organization within the last year. Coordinated, facilitated, and evaluated the Panhellenic Recruitment Counselor Retreat for 32 recruitment counselors and the Interfraternity Council Recruitment Retreat for 15 recruitment chairs and chapter presidents. Developed an off-campus housing and facilities guide for chapter officers and advisors. Coordinated department involvement with new student orientation through presentations for 1500 incoming students and their families in addition to supervising campus organizations during orientation preview fair.

Assisted in the transition of 1900 new incoming students and their families through a two-day orientation program. Supervised and trained a staff of 25 Orientation Leaders and four Parent Orientation Leaders. Served as overnight live-in residence hall coordinator responsible for crisis management, student assistance, lockouts, and check-in/check-out procedures during summer orientation sessions. Taught summer leadership course for 70 incoming students participating in the Educational Opportunity Fund (EOF)/Maximizing Academic Potential (MAP) Pre-College Summer Institute.

* Researched other institutions orientation programs to develop a deeper understanding and purpose of student and staff development, training techniques, and diversity inclusion * Selected 24 Orientation Leaders and facilitated training sessions on various topics which included: * group facilitation, teambuilding, diversity, ethical decision making and university policies and procedures * Addressed crisis and conflict situations with parents and families at orientation throughout ten sessions * Assisted with the development and oversight of ten, two day extensive new student orientation sessions and four one day transfer student orientation programs * Served on the Vice President of Student Affairs Student Leader Advisory Board as the student voice for new student orientation and family programing
