My passions lie in holistic health and I am so grateful to be in a field that I have the opportunity to develop relationships with patients to share my passion. I enjoy treating within the biopsychosocial model, treating each individual patient as a whole person rather than just their presenting symptoms. Within my personal life I live and breath my perspectives on health. I practice the same nutrition, mental health and exercise habits I would hope my patients can adopt within their lives. I am an outdoor enthusiast and avid dog lover. I adore integrative medicine and hold it close to my heart. I still greatly enjoy providing fitness recommendations and education as I enjoyed my previous career as a personal trainer and am fortunate to be able to incorporate that experience within my Physical Therapy career.
