The internship involved extensive research in banking laws including IBC, Company Law, Tax Laws, mortgages, Data Privacy Act, IRPs, Escrows and e-banking.

The internship involved research drafting and appearances as proxy counsel in Gurgaon District Court. RERA, CrPC, IBC and IPR were the prominent areas of my work profile.

I worked under the litigation cell, in the course of my internship I worked on civil cases including SARFAESI, CPC, IBC and arbitration. I also worked for the corporate cell for a while.

Internship under Advocate Ashwin Vaish included legal research and appearances as Proxy Counsel in District Courts. My areas of work included property disputes, criminal law and domestic violence cases.

Worked in the legal sector and disability cell. The internship involved legal drafting, client interaction and field visits. The cases dealt involved domestic violence, property disputes and family law cases among various other subject areas.
