Handle complex troubleshooting and major overhauls. Manage preventive and predictive maintenance schedules. Coordinate directly with customers, OEMs, and suppliers. Conduct commissioning of new machines and operator training. Analyze repeated failures and prepare technical reports.

Perform installation, commissioning, and maintenance of hydraulic excavators and other heavy equipment. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues in excavators. Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment reliability. Inspect machine systems including engine, transmission, hydraulic pumps, and control valves. Prepare detailed service reports and update maintenance logs. Provide on-site technical support and training to machine operators and customers.
