Deal Structuring: Helped in structuring of New Real Estate Investment deal with other Developers under various arrangement viz: Joint Venture, Development Managers, Joint Development Management etc. 3. Project Monitoring : Cashflow Planning / Managing Financial MIS / Financial Modelling (a) Project wise preparation & auditing of cash flow projections on Monthly & Annual Basis • Budgeting of the Project based on Financial Modeling • Review of Budgets & MIS with management at the Group level on monthly basis. NOIDA Authority –Land Dues payment and other compliances 6. Credit Rating of Debt from Rating agencies like ICRA, CARE, CRISIL etc 7. Project approval for housing loan from Banks / FIs: I also handle the project approval for housing loan by various banks and FIs for retail customers in the project.

Handling the fundraising for the existing as well as new projects of the group, already raised INR 450+ Crores of funds through Construction Finance and Structured debt from Banks /FIs and Private Equity & Funds 2. Develop financial models for understanding and evaluating the investment opportunities by the group 3. Responsible for Monitoring of 3 projects having more than 3 million SQFT area including residential and commercial 4. Responsible for evaluating the viability of new projects to be launched by the company and any other investment to be made 5. Look after the project approval from Banks / FIs for homes loans etc. 6. Co-ordination with the Rating agencies to get the Debt rating which helps the company to reduce financial cost
