Currently working in New Products Development/New Model Development & Supplier Quality assurance with Hero MotoCorp Ltd. as an Assistant Manager in Chassis / Suspension division looking after Sheet metal parts. - Verification of welding process setup for new developed parts at Suppliers end. - Process optimization using Design of Experiment (DOE) for regular mass production parts and new development parts. - Resolved various Welding process defects and fitment issues in frame body and other sheet metal parts thus improving Suppliers performance and reducing Assembly Line losses. - Resolving issues through Root cause analysis for parts failure in R&D testing for New development parts and running change parts. Implementation of countermeasures at Supplier?s end. - Maintaining receiving inspection process for safety, Aesthetic, Major and minor parts at fixed frequency.

Worked in Design & Development 1. Successfully developed Frame Suspension & Arm Suspension of various models Like Vitara Brezza,New Swift/ Swift dezire for Maruti Suzuki. 2. Frame Suspension Proto Parts developed for Alto K10 for Maruti Suzuki. 3. RM localization and ECN Implementation for various models like Ciaz, Swift, S-Cross and Vitara Brezza etc for Maruti Suzuki.
