Manage Assurant’s Data Acquisition team of 23 geographically dispersed staff whose key responsibilities are automating insurance processing via implementing electronica data exchanges with new carriers, implementing new transaction sets and coverage types, as well as providing production support. Manage major projects that increased EDI transaction volumes resulting in major savings. Leads team overseeing development of new EDI capabilities to perform wire payments on policy renewal invoices received daily, EDI transmission of mortgagee clause change letters, and EDI renewal billing through company platforms.

Manage software testing team that performs testing on proprietary company applications. Led the insurance tracking systems business analysts who were responsible for administering application security, website maintenance and enhancements, and electronic data exchange maintenance and growth
