As Group General Counsel of Niyamo Capital Group, I support and oversee the legal and governance framework of Niyamo Capital UK Ltd., a London-based investment and management company with a rapidly expanding and diversified portfolio across the hospitality, food and beverage, and professional services sectors. I provide end-to-end legal support across the Group by leading the drafting, review, and negotiation of commercial and corporate contracts, ensuring robust compliance with UK legal and regulatory requirements, and advising the Board and management on risk, structuring, and strategic matters. In addition, I manage corporate governance, maintain statutory and corporate records, oversee regulatory filings, and conduct legal research to support ongoing operations and transactions.
