I was originally hired as a seasonal employee for front-end cashiering. I was kept after the holiday season, to where I was soon moved into the jewelry department until I left for college in August of '13. As a jewelry associate, I was responsible for opening and/or closing down the department, including handling the various jewelry, money bags, and department keys. In May of '14, I returned to a department position in garden. Here I was also responsible for opening and/or closing down the department, handling the money, keys, and locking down. Additionally I was responsible in retrieving and loading furniture, lawn accessories, and other various items for customers. My number one responsibility in all three positions, however, was sales and customer service.

My primary responsibility was to ensure the safety of every single guest, as well as to promote our "best day ever" promise. As a ride operator on Gatekeeper, a major roller coaster, my various duties included (but not limited to) operating controls, checking harnesses, ensuring our rider safety policy, spieling with rider engagement, and cleaning absolutely everything. Over half of my crew were internationals, allowing myself to quickly learn how to work with others from all cultures and backgrounds.

My primary responsibility is filming all home athletic sporting events for men's and women's soccer, women's volleyball, men's and women's basketball, and men's and women's lacrosse. I have also assisted in ticket sales, ball retriever, and concessions at each of these sports, along with women's softball and men's baseball.

My responsibilities included assisting the Criminology and Sociology professors in various coursework tasks, compiling research, and organizing an annual Mental Health Conference.
