I help others get their message out to the world by helping them to write a book about whatever it is they are passionate about. Mental Health and Health and Wellness are my two passions, but if you have an idea to pitch, pitch it. I provide consultations, outlining, manuscript writing, developmental editing, and interviewing throughout the process. Newspaper Editor-in-Chief for my school for 3 years. Writing and editing various works throughout my teenage and adult life. Self-Published novel February of 2021 and currently working on the series. Working on self-care and wellness series for print.

Provide support to struggling teens across the country. Attend video sessions weekly with teens. Go over supportive materials and extend resources and coping skills to teens. Provide support via text message during weekly office hours. Attend weekly consultation groups with other mentors and assisting staff to go over caseloads.

Help others determine goals surrounding their overall health and wellness. Help clients make meals plans and exercise regimes. Run an online wellness group through Facebook Platform. Assist in helping clients establish new behaviors, create healthy habits, and learn self-discipline.

Teachers children ranging from ages 3 to 5 in a classroom setting. Follows assigned curriculum and WV Pre-k standards. Performs assessments and screenings on the children and follows through with referrals as needed. Supervises assigned staff and manages coverage and leave time for them. Provides Annual evaluations for supervised staff.

Takes care of guests by taking orders and attending to them throughout their visit. Cashing out servers, takeout, and bartenders at the end of their shift. Responsible for nightly spreadsheets and reports, and handling nightly deposit. Training new staff for serving positions.

November 2016 through October 2018 Assisted in the daily living of 10 troubled teenaged girls suffering from various trauma related behavioral issues. Wrote daily behavioral health assessments on each youth Counseled youth in hopes to avoid crisis as well as counseled youth post-crisis. Taught youth various coping skills and educated them through Lifeskills and Substance Abuse Education groups.

Assisted patients in developing and utilizing more appropriate coping skills to deal with stress, cravings, and urges to use. Counseled patients in hopes to avoid relapse and to help reinforce patients’ determination to live a sober life. Prepared patients to discharge into the community substance free and with the ability to cope without using illicit substances.
