Obtaining personal data, insurance information and financial agreements and adds or updates RPMS information, signatures on appropriate paperwork to meet Federal, State and JCAHO requirements regarding patient rights, the Privacy Act, release of information and advance directives, copies of insurance cards and signatures to ensure information is available for processing of bills to insurers; verifying insurance eligibility information with insurer; performing clerical duties as needed for the business office, including sorting, filing, and mailing.

* Contributing customer service information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews * preparing and completing action plans * implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards * resolving problems * identifying customer service trends * determining customer service requirements by maintaining contact with customers and conducting surveys.

Obtaining personal data, case management, provide direct client services, support clients find and obtain employment to become self-sufficient. Clerical duties as needed.

Tribal TANF Case Manager- Focusing on case management, provides direct client services to all Northwest Arctic Borough residents under the Workforce Development (WFD) Tribal Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (Tribal TANF) program, including eligibility determination, continuous case management, and helping clients get access to all services allowable under Federal and State regulations which support finding employment and becoming self-sufficient.
