IEC or Industrial Expo & Competition is a event of HIMTI (Industrial Engineering Student Association) activities under the auspices of three divisions, namely Public Relations, Research Development and Arts Industrial Expo & Competition (IEC) itself consists of several sub-events, Industrial Engineering Fair (IE FAIR), and Industrial Fest (I-FEST).Industrial Engineering Fair (IE Fair) is the largest annual event organised by the Industrial Engineering Student Association (HIMTI). The IE Fair event series includes Industrial Engineering Paper and Action (INPACT) and National Seminar. INPACT is an ASEAN-scale scientific paper competition followed by a case study activity to analyse current problems. National Seminar is a material delivery activity that will present competent and relevant speakers in their fields so as to provide insight for IE Fair participants. Industrial Festival (I-Fest) is a music festival event.The series of I-Fest events include several competitions, namely music competition, modern dance competition, reels competition, stand up competition, and poster competition. In addition, I-Fest held a music concert with Hindia, Yovie & Nuno and Onan as guest stars at the peak of the event. • Responsible for organising meeting schedules between the committee, seminar speakers, competition participants, competition judges, management, artists, and production team • Coordinate with 13 divisions to create, compile and evaluate planned activity targets on a regular interval • Prepare meeting agreements and records of meetings • Release the letters, proposals, mou to speakers, judges, vendors ,management, sponsors and all partners. • Manage important documents related to the national seminar, competition, and concert including contracts, permits, and financial statements • Handle special requests and ensure all details are fulfilled according to planning
