Purchasing Manager (Chemicals) Since Aug 2019 - Present Best Eternity Recycle Technology Sdn Bhd | Selangor, Malaysia Pulp & Paper Industry/Manufacturing • Responsible for all chemicals sourcing and purchase which using in 8 different process plants. Total 87 types of chemical currently. • Manage procurement activities from PR, RFQ, PC, PN, PO, DA, Document Matching and follow ups Payment. • Manage supplier/vendor activities from Quotation, Quantity/Quality, Delivery and DO/Invoicing. Perform supplier/vendor yearly performance evaluation. • Oversee the market and price trend of those important chemicals (high volume/high value) using in production and ocean freight from different POL of China to Port Klang, Malaysia for cost saving purpose. • Direct involve in monthly purchase planning, safety stock and non movement stock monitoring and delivery/shipment schedule arranging. • Handle goods returning and penalty claims of goods received with non comply specification. • Handle goods reselling to inter company for those nearly expiry/expired goods. • Prepare monthly purchase plan and actual cost report, listing of unit price, summary of incoming shipment/total number of containers/quantity of chemicals. • Maintain listing of chemicals information: HS code, Country of Origin, VAT, DG/Non DG, Exemption of Import SST, TDS and MSDS. • 负责全厂生产使用的化学辅料采购 (本地和进口辅料). 共近87种化学品。 • 工作主要范围包括与终端用户确认欲采购化学品的技术参数含量规格和采购数量后进行询价, 比价, 议价, 出订单, 跟进到货, 对账单和跟进付款. • 管理供应商的报价单, 送货量/品质, 到货计划以及送货单/发票. 进行年度的供应商审评. • 以降低成本为主, 跟进和监督高用量/高价值化学品的市场和价格变动以及中国部分启运港到马来西亚巴生港的海运费以及其它费用. • 审查和核实各部门的计划采购数量, 监控库存, 做到货计划/船期安排, 处理退货/索赔/内部转售事宜. • 次要范围包括准备每月的预计和实际采购成本表, 跟新和提供每月单价表给终端, 概括每月的进口辅料到货日期/柜量/数量, 记录和跟新进口辅料的HS编码和相关资料, 保存和要求供应商更新已过期的MSDS等等。
