I design and implement the local roadmap for compliance culture, develop and facilitate leadership workshops, and provide expert advice and feedback to strengthen behavioral and procedural standards. My work focuses on building a continuous learning process, enabling collective behavioral shifts, and ensuring knowledge transfer within the local and international coaching network.

Collected and analyzed air fleet reliability data: aircrafts technical defects, flight delays, opened HILs for a Bulgarian Airline, currently -Bulgaria Air.
