Office Manager - Senior Paralegal - Case Manager
About
I am a bilingual Workers’ Compensation Case Manager with over 20 years of experience managing complex legal caseloads from intake to resolution. I’ve worked across high-volume law firms, supporting English and Spanish-speaking clients with precision, empathy, and a results-driven mindset. I have extensive experience drafting and e-filing legal documents, analyzing medical reports including AME/QMEs, rating permanent disabilities (AMA/Schedule for Rating), handling case resolution and settlements and preparing exhibits for trial. I also bring a strong background in civil litigation, including unlawful detainer filings, and I’m proficient in tools like Merus, Tritek, Uptime, and I-Case. Known for my ability to stay calm under pressure and handle 200–300 case loads with care and diligence, I’ve also mentored junior legal staff and worked comfortably in both office and remote environments. After having the privilege of working with Attorney Dan Epperly at different points throughout my career, I’m proud to have rejoined his firm in a leadership role. I oversee firm operations, mentor staff, and support complex case strategy to ensure each client receives exceptional service and informed representation. Our firm proudly represents injured workers and California’s public safety personnel, standing for fairness, compassion, and justice for those who serve our communities. My work is driven by a commitment to professionalism, integrity, and a genuine passion for helping others navigate the workers’ compensation system with confidence and care. Outside of my legal career, I am a proud member of PINC Fresno, a nonprofit organization of women dedicated to making a positive impact in the community through philanthropy and service. As part of PINC, I help with fundraising events and supporting local nonprofits that uplift individuals and families in need. Being involved allows me to combine my passion for community service with meaningful collaboration alongside inspiring women who are committed to creating change in our community.
