Promoted to supervisor from case manager. • Developed and implemented faster new client intake and sign up strategies which increased client turn-around from 1 week to 3 days. o New strategies helped the firm determine where current marketing strategies are working and increase relationships with medical providers in those areas. • Created network of over 100 medical providers and PI firms, resulting in stronger relationships and an increase in revenue by 25%. • Developed and implemented case manager meetings and training systems that have results in an increase of quality cases and company revenue by 75%.

Working directly with the coaches of an NCAA Division 1-AA school I have had the opportunity to learn the logistics behind and execution of the multiple facets of college football. Along side with the recruiting coordinator I have gained experience in both face to face recruiting efforts as well as data acquisition and management. I have been able to utilize and stretch both my organization and communication skills through my recruiting and football operations experience.

As an independent contractor in direct sales of educational products, I prospected and approached over 3,000 families from varying socioeconomic backgrounds.
