Responsibilities / Achievements: • Manage the Ford Motor Company’s / Lincoln Motor Company’s – Engineering organization (Exterior, Interior, Electrical, and Chassis functions), including total Engineering program profitability. Executive Operational leader of a cross functional organization with numerous programs for car, small/medium CUV/SUV, and Lincoln Programs including cost, quality, timing, and milestone robustness from program start to launch. Executive leadership for programs including Explorer, Lincoln MkC, Lincoln Aviator, and Escape, Ford’s next EV vehicle, and other future programs. Manage all elements of program delivery including applying consumer insights and futuring, growth and emerging market opportunities, and financial/profit delivery.

Responsibilities / Achievements: • Managed the Ford Motor Company’s – Global, Body Interior Engineering organization (Cock-pit and Trim, Seats, Climate, Craftsmanship, and Steering Wheel and Restraints Engineering). Led an organization of approximately 3000 employees, globally, with an annual global turn-over at approximately $15B. Responsible for all Body Interior Engineering deliverables global products, inclusive of platform studies, program implementation, interior strategic global commodity business plans, and all interior global launch support. Some key program introductions included the Fiesta, several all-new Lincoln products, F-series, Focus, and Transit programs. Led team to drive Interior Engineering innovation and technologies to deliver the next generation product excellence with a great regard for execution and sustainability.

Responsibilities / Achievements: • Managed the Ford Motor Company’s – Ford of Europe, Body Engineering organization (exterior, interior, and Safety Engineering). Led an organization of nearly 1000 employees (across the European regions), responsible for the full Body Engineering deliverables for European led global products, inclusive of platform studies, top-hat implementation and all launch support. Some key program introductions included the Fiesta, B-Max, Focus, and Transit programs. All of these products, along with the full show-room, have delivered product leadership and are repositioning Ford Motor Company as a key automotive OEM in the global marketplace. • Managed the Global Design Technical Operations for Ford’s Global Design Studios (an additional 800 employees globally), inclusive of: Engineering, Surface development, Clay Modeling, Shops (metal, wood, plastic, and trim), Show car development and build, Verification (both facility and digital and physical verification models), Design Quality (on-site tool shop and plant support), Color Harmony, Benchmarking, and Design Project Management.

Responsibilities / Achievements: • Led the development and implementation of Ford Motor Company's Global Design operational and organization proposal. This included the integration into the Product Development process to improve the overall upper body development process, with an emphasis on delivering Design leadership in all of the vehicle segments, globally. • Managed the Design Technical Operations for Global Design (over 500 employees), inclusive of: Engineering, Surface development, Clay Modeling, Shops (metal, wood, plastic, and trim), Show car development and build, Verification (both facility and digital and physical verification models), Design Quality (on-site tool shop and plant support), Color Harmony, Benchmarking, and Design Project Management. Key responsibilities included: o Led all up-front feasibility through architecture freeze for all Global Ford Motor Company Programs. o Led all of the surface and data delivery through final tooling release for class A parts (interior, exterior, and ornamentation), including verification process. o Managed all of the clay modelers and digital sculptors supporting the creative needs and the data / model deliverables within the constraints of the programs. o Managed the Ford benchmarking for new products focused on proportions and volumes, materials, and content / execution. o Managed final appearance approval / tool sign-off for interior, exterior, and ornamentation through tooling and assembly sign-off. o Led the development and build of Design show cars inclusive of data release and approval, build support, and on-going project management support with an emphasis of delivering high quality and cost competitive vehicles that meet Design intent. o Managed all of the shop operations and overall Project Management, Business Office and Finance for Global Design.

Responsibilities / Achievements: • Managed the development and delivery of class A data for all North American Programs (inclusive of feasibility support, surface changes / enhancements, program timing, tooling/manufacturing, and quality requirements). • Led the North American Program verification deliverables, including digital reviews, physical model review and final data release in support of tooling releases. • Managed the Appearance PSW for all North American Programs, including issue support and launch team support (including on-site plant launch support for all North American programs) • Led the cross functional development of the Feasibility Checkpoint process for Ford Motor Company which ultimately developed as a key Ford Motor Company portion Process. • Developed and implemented a detailed Benchmarking strategy for Design to enable execution alternatives, and Product futuring. • Led the implementation of Catia V5 for Class A development including the development and implementation of modified processes and data deliverables.

Responsibilities / Achievements: • Led Craftsmanship Implementation for Ford North American Programs to achieve improved level of craftsmanship, including: o Development, cascade and management of Vehicle and sub-attribute targets (including delivery of Program roadmap actions) o Managed the development and delivery of feasible math surface data delivering the Craftsmanship targets o Led the Program Verification plan and implementation (including the program results, issue resolution and budget delivery) • Led the leather team to develop and implement corporate leather strategy leading to significant annual savings across Programs • Managed Program Appearance Management Status to support part approvals. • Managed the Program ergonomic teams for North America (including program support, standard core definition, and development of Program Health Charts)
