Some key program introductions included the Fiesta, B-Max, Focus, and Transit programs. All of these products, along with the full show-room, have delivered product leadership and are repositioning Ford Motor Company as a key automotive OEM in the global marketplace. • Managed the Global Design Technical Operations for Ford’s Global Design Studios (an additional 800 employees globally), inclusive of: Engineering, Surface development, Clay Modeling, Shops (metal, wood, plastic, and trim), Show car development and build, Verification (both facility and digital and physical verification models), Design Quality (on-site tool shop and plant support), Color Harmony, Benchmarking, and Design Project Management.

Key responsibilities included: o Led all up-front feasibility through architecture freeze for all Global Ford Motor Company Programs. o Led all of the surface and data delivery through final tooling release for class A parts (interior, exterior, and ornamentation), including verification process. o Managed all of the clay modelers and digital sculptors supporting the creative needs and the data / model deliverables within the constraints of the programs. o Managed the Ford benchmarking for new products focused on proportions and volumes, materials, and content / execution. o Managed final appearance approval / tool sign-off for interior, exterior, and ornamentation through tooling and assembly sign-off. o Led the development and build of Design show cars inclusive of data release and approval, build support, and on-going project management support with an emphasis of delivering high quality and cost competitive vehicles that meet Design intent. o Managed all of the shop operations and overall Project Management, Business Office and Finance for Global Design.
