Masters of Engineering (MEng) Aerospace Engineering – (2009 – 2014) : 1st class honors Developed excellent knowledge of key concepts underpinning many of the major fields of aerospace engineering, especially configurational aerodynamics, aircraft design, aerostructures, aeroelasticity and flight dynamics and control. General modules such as dynamic systems, fluid mechanics, composite material and engineering mathematics established a solid foundation for engineering. The management modules gave a versatile knowledge on management and planning which were supportive during project stages. Developed technical and process skills to lead/manage projects in the business environment. The content covered accounting, financial and marketing aspects as well as introduced the importance of team work, communication and people management. Furthermore, all the project management areas as defined in PMBOK was studied in detail. Dissertation :Application of traditional and agile PM techniques in the engineering industry The main aim of the study was to assess the fitness of the traditional project management tools and techniques, when an agile development methodology is introduced. Also, to provide a set of guidelines for the Project Managers, who are undertaking their first agile related project. This research opened the pathway to analyse the lack of use in traditional PM techniques in industries such as engineering due to its systematic processes.
