Handled end-to-end development, including circuit design, component specification, BoM preparation, vendor identification and comparison, market visits, and live-site testing of control panels. Successfully reduced control panel cost by 40% through optimization in PLC-based panel design and component selection. Contributed to procurement, vendor development, material management, and site scoping. Also participated in a technical exhibition to showcase developed solutions.
