As Vice President of the Supply Chain Solutions team at Colliers, I'm in charge of day-to-day client solution delivery which includes supply chain network optimization & site selection, distribution center design, transportation strategy, inventory optimization, and robotics/automation assessments. Notable Projects: OPTIMIZING DISTRIBUTION NETWORK FOR MARKET EXPANSION: Optimized the client’s national distribution network for existing and new markets. The analysis included a strategic review using historical data and growth projections. The project identified optimal configurations for current markets, saving $6 million in operating costs and slightly improving service levels. New market penetrations resulted in $42.6 million in additional savings and a 9.5% increase in 1-day service levels compared to the Baseline network. Additionally, a hub strategy for imports could offer $0.5 million in transportation savings. DC DESIGN AND PROCESS IMPROVEMENT: Addressed capacity constraints and outdated processes in a retail distributor's DC. An in-depth analysis identified inefficiencies and future storage needs. A new AutoCAD layout and system-directed operations reduced required space by 30% and reduced labor requirements by 25%. The solution improved procedures, boosting productivity and preparing the facility to meet future growth through 2030. SUPPLY CHAIN NETWORK OPTIMIZATION: Led a U.S. distribution network optimization for a $1B medical devices manufacturer, identifying a solution that improved 1-day service by 19% and reduced operating costs by up to $4.2M annually. Developed a phased implementation plan based on a 10-year growth forecast and analysis of transportation, labor, occupancy, and inventory costs.

Supported project sales by conducting meetings with clients and management to determine project scope, budget, and timelines. Oversaw client projects from start to finish, ensured the client's needs were met, and provided guidance to team members.

Led all aspects of projects from initiation to completion; completed 50+ engagements (including 2 projects in Asia) and identified $150M+ operating cost reductions Provided mentorship to junior consultants; developed training materials for data analytics and soft skills, which were used company-wide for all junior consultants Notable Projects: SUPPLY CHAIN NETWORK & TRANSPORTATION (ROUTE) OPTIMIZATION: Managed a project that looked into optimizing both network and routing for a leading home healthcare company with over $1 billion in sales. Based on the network optimization tool's output and researched variables, determined the optimal number of branches and their locations for each of the markets (overall reduction of 44% in number of branches). Route optimization has resulted in significant improvement in customer satisfaction and driver well-being by separating pre-routed and dispatched orders in markets beyond a certain density threshold. Overall savings of $4.8 million in annual operating costs. POST MERGER INTEGRATION & NETWORK OPTIMIZATION: Managed a project to help optimize a network for a packaged foods company with approximately $8 billion in sales after recent acquisition of a competitor. Identified an optimal network that consolidated 14 separate facilities into 6 combined facilities, which also resulted in outbound load optimization. Shortly followed by the Network study, assisted with the 3PL bid selection for the client. Estimated overall annual savings of over $16 million. DISTRIBUTION CENTER DESIGN: Created a detailed design of a 300K sq. ft. distribution center for a distributor of plumbing supplies and HVAC equipment with over $18 billion in sales. The throughput and storage requirements of the distribution center was calculated using historical data provided from the client with growth applied. The DC was designed with all functional areas and with high level of automation (conveyors & ASRS).

Designed and implemented supply chain and strategic sourcing solutions using optimization tools from Llamasoft and JDA. Led operational assessments, performed data analysis, and provided qualitative and quantitative evaluations to guide recommendations. Actively contributed to project development and client presentations, while fostering strong client relationships to support business growth and revenue goals. Notable Projects: CHINA DISTRIBUTION NETWORK OPTIMIZATION FOR A MULTINATIONAL CHAIN: Consulted for a company facing rapid growth and supply chain capacity concerns in China. Addressed challenges such as shelf life issues, temperature requirements, and cross-docking inefficiencies. The project resulted in optimized distribution center locations and sizes, reducing transit days by 23% while maintaining network costs. Developed an efficient product flow strategy and a five-year transition plan to support future growth with detailed CAPEX estimates for new facilities.
