* The Employment Specialists is an Executive staffing agency, operating in Vancouver, New Westminster and Abbotsford. As the manager of the Vancouver branch my responsibilities include, but are not limited to; * Generating and closing sales leads via outside cold calls to construction sites and warehouses * Recruiting employees based on key factors etc. quality, experience and skill level * Overseeing and maintaining smooth operations of the branch * Dispatching workers every morning effectively based on client needs * Communicating effectively with senior management regarding day to day activities and implementing strategic initiatives laid out * Managing client accounts effectively, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner and proactively managing their labour needs * Processing and file Worker Compensation Board claims due to injury etc. * Meeting and exceed revenue targets outlined by senior management * Managing employee pool, terminating employees as required

Daily reconciliation and analysis of all company bank accounts with respect to trades from the previous day, ensuring that each cent of incoming funds are appropriately accounted for. Requires excellent problem solving skills in order to ensure total daily intake is accounted for. Appropriate allocation of incoming client funds across each department. Dependent on maintaining strong working relationships with all departments, ensuring client satisfaction is maintained at all times.

* I assessed fund managers as part of the company's quarterly progress review using their IT based performance system. * I also attended the January 2015 BlackRock Investment Management Seminar in Cork where financial analysts gave their economic forecasts for 2015. * Took part in weekly staff meetings.

Direct marketing and sales position, with a strong emphasis on customer service and customer interaction, for a bicycle rental company as part of a J1 USA Summer work visa. Acted as a liaison between Blazing Saddles and the customer on a face-to-face basis, on a direct sales and marketing level, but also on a safety level, and ensured all customers had their queries relating to safety dealt with in a satisfactory manner.

I was chosen as 1 of 4 students from a group of 78 to represent Clongowes Wood College as part of a 12 month exchange programme with St. Joseph's College, Sydney. Responsibilities included tutoring students in Maths, History and Geography, coaching various underage rugby and tennis teams, maintenance of school grounds, assisting staff in teaching and administrative responsibilities and supervision of students on various excursions as well as within the school dormitories. Additional activities included playing Rugby with Hunters Hill RFC, assisting in the development of Macquarie Bank's irrigation and community development scheme in the Tiwi Islands and the Tonga Rugby Development Programme.

I am currently undergoing an internship with the Davy Group in the Treasury and Banking department.

I studied and completed examinations in various Marketing and Business Management modules through German. Key modules included Marketing Research Methods, Brand Management, Public Management, Business German and Consumer and Buyer Behaviour. Activities and Societies: Erasmus Buddy Network (EBN); Network of over 500 Erasmus students of various nationalities from a number of universities in Vienna. The EBN provided affordable and unique cultural experiences to exchange students such as excursions to Salzburg and Zell am See. Tandem Wien; University programme whereby an Erasmus student is paired with a native German speaker, thus providing exchange students with a unique opportunity to improve their German and engage with local Viennese culture.

I studied Commerce International with German. I graduated with a Second Class Honours and diversified my final year modules across finance, business management and marketing. During my third year, I attended the Vienna University of Economics and Business for the academic year 2013/14 as part of the Erasmus programme on offer at UCD.
