Provide assistance to students with learning and physical disabilities.

My duties as a Special Education Assistant are to support the lead classroom teacher in building a safe environment with an established routine that pushes for social and academic comfort and improvement in students. I work with grades k-3rd in an Autism cluster. (Track Behavior, Transitional Planning, Behavioral Planning, Toiletry Assistance)

My duties as an Inclusion Aide are to support program participants who have special needs. I ensure that participants are included in sports and recreational activities as well as helping them with toiletry assistance and transitioning from one activity to the next. I work with ages 10 and up. (Transitional Planning, Toiletry Assistance, Behavioral monitoring and assistance)

Lead A group of 3-5, students in math boosting skills and fundamentals. I worked with 2nd-6th grade. Accomplishments ● Learning how to create and alter lesson plans ● Track data for learning progress ● work 1on1 with diverse learners

guide CPS students through online reading and math programs and maintain classroom productivity and order.

Assist classroom teacher in daily classroom routines such as reading, math and writing centers. Provide washroom breaks, lunch break and recess for children. I worked with grades K-5
